GSXR Removal Instructions

Remove the 5 trim clips and bolt from the bottom of the lower cowls. Remove the lower cowl-to-middle cowl pan screws. Remove the lower cowl mounting bolts and then remove the lower cowls by sliding the backward.	(Click to enlarge)
Remove Middle Cowls Remove the middle cowl-to-upper cowl pan screws and trim clip	(Click to enlarge)
Unlock the bolt by turning it counterclockwise and removing the middle cowl	(Click to enlarge)
Remove the upper cowl-to-middle cowl pan screw and two trim clips. Release the groove of the air duct cover from the pin of the upper cowl and unhook the tabs of the duct cover from the fuel tank cover, then remove the air duct cover. (Be careful not to damage the tabs in the grooves)	(Click to enlarge)
Remove the 2 trim clips and resonator chambers from the radiator	(Click to enlarge)
Remove the rearview mirror mounting socket bolts and rearview mirrors	(Click to enlarge)
Disconnect the front sub-harness connectors and combination meter multi-connector. Release the upper cowl off the rearview mirror bolt hole studs and bosses of the upper cowl from the meter stay grommets, then remove the upper cowl assembly	(Click to enlarge)
Remove the 3 screws and combination meter from the bracket.	(Click to enlarge)
