BLUEGAUGES.COM reserves the right to refuse any work if the customer does not provide all required documentation. BLUEGAUGES.COM will not knowingly perform or take part in any illegal activity. The customer will bear all responsibility for the accuracy of the information he/she provides including the information provided on the disclaimer. BLUEGAUGES.COM will not be held responsible for the legal consequences of any odometer work. It is the customer's legal responsibility to supply correct information to BLUEGAUGES.COM.

United States residents must provide

A copy of the vehicle's title AND A signed copy of the disclaimer (link below)

AND 1 of the following:

A photocopy of the owner's driver's license
or
A photocopy of some other type of picture ID

AND 1 of the following:

A copy of a police report if in an accident or involved in theft
or
A copy of the receipt from where the replacement gauge was purchased
or
The damaged gauge so we can verify mileage - (gauge will be returned)

Please note, we cannot change a gauge to 0 for any reason.

Changing mileage to "match the motor" is not an acceptable reason. In this case you are to keep track of the mileage when the replacement motor was installed. The mileage on the gauge represents the mileage on the frame, not the engine. If you are unsure about your situation contact us first.
